Chip was a member of a loose band of Jebli Orcs who roamed the Vesve Forest trying to steer clear of recruiters from Iuz's armies. Chip lived and worked with the Jebli, always showing off his superior skills and abilities.

Chip was captured by a group of hobgoblins and was destined to end up on their dinner table when their camp was raided by a party of Vesve Rangers. Chip was freed and he became the loyal servant of Eldrik Wyndwalker, one of the Rangers.

Chip displays evil tendencies and delights in bullying weaker creatures. In spite of these bad habits he is a loyal servant to his master. Eldrik, while not encouraging this behavior in his follower, tends to look the other way if Chip's tactics are of benifits to his overall goals. Chip has no love for Iuz and gladly helps the rangers of the forest defend the lands from incusions by the forces of Iuz.

Chip loves to drink beer and smoke tobacco and hemp weed in his pipe. He can usually be found in the tavern but sometimes hangs around Baggy's Pipe and Tobacco Shop (He has taken to the little hobbit and would never harm a hair of his head and woe to any who would!). Although a follower of the orcish god Bahgtru, the hard and painful lessons taught by the club of Father John Knott has him considering a conversion to St. Cuthbert. He used to pick on Llywelyn constantly until a ray of enfeeblement and an asswhipping by the wizard. He is now enamored of the wizard and considers him one of his greatest friends.
