Elyssia was born in the Vesve Forest to an elven maiden. Elissia and her mother lived for a while with the elves but because her father was a human they were finally forced to move to human lands to live. From her mother Elyssia learned the arts of nature magic and has become a druid like her mother was.

Elyssia is at her best in the woods, but she believes that spending time in town gives her a better perspective in life and helps her to appreciate the woods more. She respects all life and will never turn down a request for aid. She will not let others suffer needlessly no matter who they are. She doesn't judge others, as she feels both good and evil are necessary components of the world. Valeria is fastedious about herself, always wanting to look good so others will think well of her. She wears the best clothes money can buy and sleeps in the best inns when in town. She believes nothing in life is certain, so the hoarding of money is useless.
